30-day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange service. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days based on the following conditions:

  • Items must be brand new, unused, and in resalable condition;
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging;
  • All parts and accessories must be returned in full; the items must be complete and undamaged;
  • Under our return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit. If your order included a shipping fee, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost;
  • If you're requesting an exchange, you’re also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Items returned that do not comply with the above conditions may be refused and returned to the buyer, unless an explicit written exception is given prior.

To start the process, please contact our customer service team. We will review your request in accordance with our policy and assist you with the appropriate return or exchange solution.

Faulty or Incorrect Item Received

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a return and offer either a refund or replacement at no cost to you — return shipping will be covered by us.

Before processing the return, we may ask you to provide photo or video evidence of the issue, along with relevant vehicle details (e.g. make, model, and year). This helps us verify the problem and ensure the appropriate solution is provided under our return policy.

Fitment Guarantee & Return Process

All our products are guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the vehicle models they are advertised for. If the product does not match your vehicle as described, we will offer a return for refund or exchange — whichever you prefer.

Before we proceed, we may ask you to provide the following:

Return Requirements:

  • Clear photos of all received items, including the white label on the product or packaging (showing the intended model and year);
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the fitment issue, along with your vehicle information and images, so we can verify the problem;
  • The item must be returned in brand-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging. If a fitment issue is suspected, please do not attempt installation, especially if the item includes pre-applied adhesive. Used items will not be accepted.

What Can Be Returned?

All our products are returnable as long as they meet the return conditions listed above.

When Do Items Need to Be Returned By?

Within 30 days of receipt.

Return requests made after 30 days of receiving the item will not be accepted.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be processed promptly after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Notes

We are not responsible for any damage caused during installation or any vehicle damage resulting from incorrect installation. Refunds or credits will not be issued in such cases.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect all items carefully for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately and before attempting to install the product.
