We understand mistakes happen. Once an order is placed, we cannot automatically cancel it.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
As a reminder, we accept exchanges and returns, so if the item doesn’t work out, you can still contact us after receiving it.

A pre-order product is an item currently out of stock but already on the way to our warehouse.
Products in pre-order status will be clearly marked on the product title or page.
Pre-ordering lets you lock in your stock and enjoy the pre-order price. The estimated arrival and dispatch timeframe is always shown on the product page, and your order will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives.

- Metro areas: 1–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days
During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer depending on the courier.

Yes, we offer paid express shipping via Australia Post or TNT.
Please contact our support team with your postcode and the item you want, and we’ll provide an express quote. Costs depend on parcel size and distance.
